Our Bresaola di razza romagnola

Our Razza Romagnola bresaola I.G.P. is the fruit of the processing of the best beef rump from the consortium Vitelllone Bianco from the Cenntral Apennines I.G.P. Crafted, salted, and wisely cured by our master butchers, the spices are eriched by the use of Cervia Sweet Salt, providing its truly delicious flavour. With its deep red colouring, it feels soft to the touch and taste with a delicate flavour, evidence of the quality of the selected meats.
