In 2016 we joined the clean energy revolution by installing an advanced photovoltaic system in our plant, making a significant milestone in our company’s sustainability policy.

We are excited to announce another significant milestone in our continuous research of sustainable solutions in our Alfonsine plant. In 2019 we introduced a cutting edge system intended to maximize the usage of the heat generated by our compressors, turning what usually would be scattered in the air into a valuable resource for our productive process.
Smart heat conversion
The heart of this innovation is in the estimation and start up of a heat conversion system which captured the thermal energy released by the compressors. Instead of scattering this heat into the open air, it is now channeled through an advanced system of recycling and repurposing. Not only this reduces our environmental impact, but also highlights our commitment to sustainable industrial practices.
A Virtuous Energy Reuse Cycle
The heat previously scattered outside is now channeled into the power house, where it’s used for two strategic purposes: firstly our sanitary water line is heated by this sustainable source, reducing our reliance on conventional sources; secondly, power the heating system of offices and work areas, granting comfort to our employees without compromising our environmental responsibility.
