The unique and traditional flavor lives again with a one of a kind recipe, granting a unmistakable amorma, crunchyness of the crust and softness of the meat. Entire porks or proks logs are skilfully crafted by our master butchers and seasoned with a mix of pepper, poached garlic, rosemary, pepper, aromatic herps and the Cervia sweet salt. The slow cooked happens rigorously in wood ovens completing the preparation of a products which everyone agrees on, eaten both on a sandwick or used in elaborate recipes.
